Shannon Data Function.
Function to calculate the maximum data rate that may be achieved given a
data channel and signal/noise characteristics using Shannon’s equation.

Bandwidth of the data channel.
- S : float
Signal strength (in Watts).
- N : float
Noise strength (in Watts).
- Returns:
C – Capacity of channel (in bits per second)
