Using a sensetivity factor and the CTR, evaluates the secondary-level pickup
setting for an instantaneous overcurrent element.

The minimum fault current in primary amps.
- CTR : float, optional
Current Transformer Ratio, default=1
- Ki : Sensetivity factor, default=0.5
